Vendor applications for our 2026 Car Free Day festivals are now closed.
Applications were accepted from April through August 1, 2026, for:
Commercial Drive (Grandview to 1st Avenue)
Main Street (10th Avenue to King Edward)
We received a record number of applications this year. Given the limited festival footprint, we unfortunately cannot accommodate every vendor we would have liked to include. However, we have worked to curate a diverse mix of vendors for both festivals.
We are still reviewing applications, and applicants can expect to hear from us shortly. Thank you for your patience and interest in being part of Car Free Day.
Important Payment Information
If your application is accepted, vendor fees will be due within 2 weeks of acceptance. Please note that spaces are only secured once payment is received—any unpaid invoices past the due date will result in the cancellation of your application.
