NOTE: ALL Food Vendors MUST apply through the FOOD & BEVERAGE APPLICATION FORM below AND attach a completed VCH FORM. If not, the application will not be processed.
Car Free Day is a public event that focuses on sustainability, active transportation, and public spaces by showcasing art, music, culture, non-profits, community organizations, and businesses local to each community.
We are first-and-foremost a community, not a commercial festival. Our key priority is creating a safe car-free environment. We ask you to be community-focused as well, and help keep the event safe, green, fun, and neighbourly.
All vendor applications CLOSE on August 1, 2025.
Due to the popularity of these festivals, stall allocations may be exhausted prior to the closing date; you're encouraged to submit your applications as soon as possible.
MPBIA Vendors
Applications for members ONLY of the Main Street BIA.
Artisan Vendors
Applications for vendors showcasing their handcrafted creations.
Non-Profit, Government, Education, Political Party Vendors
Applications for registered charities, non-profits, and political groups.
Commercial Vendors
Applications for businesses not serving any type of food and/or beverage.
Food & Beverage Vendors
Applications for vendors serving any type of food and/or beverage.
