We’re excited to announce that vendor applications for our 2026 Car Free Day festivals are officially open!
Applications will be accepted from Monday, April 13, 2026, through August 1, 2026, for both festival locations:
• Commercial Drive (Grandview to 1st Avenue)
• Main Street (10th Avenue to King Edward)
This year, we’re returning with a reduced festival footprint, which means spaces are limited. To help us curate the best possible experience, we ask that all vendors apply to one festival only—the one you most want to be part of.
However, if you want to participate in both locations, you’ll have the option within the application form to indicate interest in being considered for both festivals.
We encourage you to apply early — we’re looking forward to welcoming a vibrant mix of vendors, creators, and community partners!
Important Payment Information
If your application is accepted, vendor fees will be due within 2 weeks of acceptance. Please note that spaces are only secured once payment is received—any unpaid invoices past the due date will result in the cancellation of your application.
