Car Free Days Vancouver is more than a festival; it celebrates diversity, sustainability, creativity, and connection. CFD is a community-led and created festival. Our multi-site annual festival transforms busy streets into vibrant public spaces, bringing artists, performers, local businesses, and communities together.

The Car Free Vancouver Society acknowledges that our work takes place on the stolen ancestral and traditional territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) peoples. We recognize their sovereignty, as there are no treaties on these lands. Understanding the history of our spaces and the ongoing effects of our presence is essential.
