Please use this Participation Form to indicate whether you are a business, non-profit or artisan not planning on selling food or alcohol at the festival on Sunday, July 8th. Once your application has been received, you will be contacted by a festival representative who will let you know whether your application for participation has been accepted.
2018 VENDOR FEES TBD
For reference, 2017 Fees for Vendors, Non-profits and Non-food Businesses:
$30 for small non-profit (10×10 space)
$60 for small non-profit (10×20 space)
$100 for businesses located on Commercial Drive, or all artisans and larger non-profits
$200 for outside businesses (10×10 space)
$400 for outside businesses (10×20 space)
$1000 for outside businesses (intersection or large activation space)
