Neighbourhood/ resident notice: Saturday, May 30th will be a great event
to meet the neighbours. Basically, this is the way we let the residents
know about the Party in their hood! I have informational notices to hand
out to everyone within a 2-3 block radius of our footprint, 12th -25th.

Poster Making Workshop: *HEY MAIN ST HIP HOPPIN VOLUNTEERS -FOR ALL YOU
CRAFTIE CRAFTERS ARTISTS AND THE LIKE WE’RE HAVING A POSTER MAKING
WORKSHOP! COME OUT WITH POSTERBOARD CARDBOARD SHEETS OF FABRIC, PAINT OR
WHAT EVER CRAFT SUPPLIES YOU CAN MUSTER UP AND JOIN US SUNDAY AFTERNOON 2
TO 4 PM at 4450 SOPHIA ST (Marigold is lead organizer)

SUPPLIES, TEA AND TASTIES SUPPLIED!! COME ONE COME ALL – WE’LL SEE YOU

Next Meeting: Thursday, June 4th This will be an opportunity to talk about
the last details that are needed. Where we stand on volunteers, vendors
and performers. If you have not been able to get your stuff together yet
this year and want to add something to the table – this is your LAST
CHANCE!!

Event Volunteer Info Session #1: Saturday, June 6th Event volunteers will
be provided specific details of volunteer tasks: where, what, how, who,
and why will all be answered. This is a quick and dirty information
session (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all volunteers!!)

Event Volunteer Info Session #2: Wednesday, June 10th If you couldn’t make
it to Event Volunteer Info Session #1 then here is your last chance to get
all the nitty-gritty details.

Last Meeting: Thursday, June 11th This will be the final meeting to make
sure our head’s are all in line and we are all ready to open up the
streets safely and in great Main Street style!!
