Volunteers
If you would like to volunteer as a Core Festival Organizer or Day-of Volunteer for Car Free Vancouver Day, visit the web page of your preferred festival site to sign up as a volunteer and to find out the details about upcoming planning meetings:
The planning meetings are open and fun — just bring your great ideas! No experience is required. The Car Free Vancouver Society also has committees that are active year-round. If you would like to learn more about these volunteer opportunities, please contact info@carfreevancouver.org.
Businesses, NGOs, Artisans, etc.
Are you a local business or artisan interested in selling your wares at one of the festivals, or a local non-profit interested in educating attendees about your message? Please complete one festival site application form and a site organizer will get in touch with you:

Entertainers
Interested in contributing to the atmosphere on the street through musical, spoken word, dance, or other performance? We welcome performers of all kinds! Please note that we are a volunteer festival, meaning that all organizers and participants donate their time and energy for fun, not profit. This means entertainers may not solicit donations. You are, however, welcome to sell CDs. Please complete one festival site application form and a site organizer will get in touch with you:

Bring a Festival or Block Party to Your Neighbourhood
If you want to see a Car Free Vancouver Day in your neighbourhood, please email us at info@carfreevancouver.org. If you want to host a block party (you don’t need to wait until Car Free Vancouver Day to do this), check out some of the resources available on the Kitsilano block parties web page.
